Frequently Asked
Questions

What are peptides?+

Peptides play a crucial role in many physiological and biochemical processes in the body. Peptide research has been a rapidly growing field in science for decades.

A peptide is a molecule made by linking two or more amino acids together. When a chain contains fewer than around 50 amino acids, it is generally referred to as a peptide, while longer chains are known as proteins.

Amino acids are joined together by a peptide bond, which forms when the nitrogen atom of one amino acid binds to the carboxyl carbon atom of another.

Peptides and proteins are present in every living cell and perform a wide range of biological functions. They can act as enzymes, hormones, antibiotics, receptors, and more.

Synthetic peptides are often used in scientific research. They may help scientists study protein structures and functions, develop hormone analogues, produce cross-reacting antibodies, and design new enzymes.

How should I store my peptides?+

Proper storage is important to maintain peptide quality.

We recommend storing peptides in a refrigerator at 2-8 C to help preserve their stability and effectiveness.

How do I calculate my dosage?+
